About the role
9AM - 11PM, Sat - Sun.
Help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities live full, independent lives at home and in their communities, following each person’s Person-Centered Plan.
- Assist and support daily with living skills such as cooking, cleaning and all ADL.
- Able to use the Hoyer lift
- Help people take part in community activities and appointments
- Keep accurate daily documentation and share updates with the team promptly if changes occur
- Able to drive individuals to CDS activities, medical appointment and visits
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 18 years old
- CPR and First Aid certification required
- CNA
- CMT
- MandT
- DDA Core Competencies
- MD Driver’s License
- Able to pass a criminal background check
